Schedule B — Prize Schedule & Odds
This Promotion is an instant-win trade promotion. Every prize is an instant prize determined at the moment a Prize Box is opened by a random number generator (RNG). The odds below are shown per order, on the basis of a typical AUD $100 order at a Featured store (which earns about 20 Prize Boxes). Prizes are awarded at these odds until the Maximum Prize Pool of AUD $9,500 is exhausted or the Promotional Period ends, whichever occurs first. There is no fixed number of any prize; the only limit on the prizes awarded is the Maximum Prize Pool, and not all prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.
Instant Cash Prizes (paid in cash by electronic funds transfer)
Chance of winning shown per AUD $100 Featured-store order (≈ 20 Prize Boxes):
- Golden Ticket — AUD $1,000 cash: about 1 in 4,000 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $50: about 1 in 370 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $20: about 1 in 125 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $10: about 1 in 45 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $5: about 1 in 16 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $2: about 1 in 3 orders
- Instant Cash — AUD $1: about 1–2 per order
Set Collection Prizes (awarded as a gift card / voucher on completing a Set)
Chance of completing the Set shown per AUD $100 Featured-store order (≈ 20 Prize Boxes):
- Platinum Set — AUD $1,000 gift card/voucher (4 Set Pieces): about 1 in 5,000 orders
- Gold Set — AUD $500 gift card/voucher (3 Set Pieces): about 1 in 2,000 orders
- Silver Set — AUD $100 gift card/voucher (3 Set Pieces): about 1 in 250 orders
Maximum Prize Pool: AUD $9,500. Prizes are awarded at the odds above until this pool is exhausted or the Promotional Period ends, whichever occurs first. The per-Prize Box odds are fixed by the Promoter's pre-programmed RNG and do not change with the level of participation, until the Maximum Prize Pool is exhausted (after which no further prizes are awarded). They are shown per order on the basis of a typical AUD $100 order at a Featured store (about 20 Prize Boxes per order); a participant's actual number of Prize Boxes depends on how much they spend and the store tier. Winning is a matter of chance: not every Prize Box wins, and no prize is guaranteed to any participant. Each Prize Box carries an equal chance of winning a prize in the Promotion.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Eligible Purchase" means a qualifying purchase of goods or services made from a Participating Trader via the Prizecart platform in accordance with these Terms.
- "Eligible Transaction" means an Eligible Purchase that has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to chargeback.
- "Prize Box" means a digital chance to win an instant prize, earned by making Eligible Purchases based on spend. Opening a Prize Box (also referred to as revealing it) generates a single instant-prize outcome through a random number generator (RNG) operated by the Promoter, determined independently at the moment the Prize Box is opened, and not predetermined. In these Terms, "open" and "reveal" (and their grammatical forms) are used interchangeably to describe this action.
- "Provisional Winner" means a participant whose Prize Box displays a prize outcome pending Confirmation.
- "Confirmed Winner" means a participant who has satisfied all Confirmation requirements under these Terms.
- "Maximum Prize Pool" means AUD $9,500 (inclusive of GST where applicable).
- "Promotional Period" means the period specified in Schedule A.
- "Set" means a Platinum, Gold or Silver Set Collection Prize described in Schedule B and clause 8.2.
- "Set Piece" means a component of a Set allocated through a Prize Box as described in clause 8.2.
2. Promoter & Participating Traders
Promoter: Prizecart Pty Ltd (ABN 47 688 017 692) of Victoria, Australia. Prizecart operates a digital shopping centre platform. This Promotion is conducted solely by Prizecart.
Participating Traders are independent retailers whose goods or services are the subject of this Promotion. Participating Traders are not promoters, co-promoters or prize suppliers and bear no responsibility for the conduct of this Promotion. All prizes are funded and provided by the Promoter; individual merchants do not supply or fund prizes. Prizecart conducts this Promotion on behalf of each Participating Trader under a written Merchant Participation Agreement that authorises Prizecart to do so.
By entering, you acknowledge that Prizecart is the sole Promoter of this trade promotion, and that any questions or complaints should be directed to Prizecart (not the merchants). A list of all Participating Traders is available at https://reveal.prizecart.app/shop?category=all and may be updated during the Promotion.
3. Prize Allocation
Prizes are allocated through a randomised promotional algorithm (a random number generator, "RNG") at the time a Prize Box is opened. This Promotion is a game of chance. Each Prize Box carries an equal chance of winning a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter does not guarantee that any particular prize type will be awarded during the Promotion. All prize allocations are subject to the Maximum Prize Pool (AUD $9,500). Once the Maximum Prize Pool has been reached, no further prizes will be allocated and the Promotion will close.
4. Promotional Period, Closure and Cancellation
The Promotion opens at 12:01am on 26 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026 (Australian Eastern Time), or once the Maximum Prize Pool of AUD $9,500 in prize value has been allocated, whichever occurs first. The Promotion will end early if the Maximum Prize Pool is exhausted before the scheduled end date. Prize Boxes will only be generated during the Promotional Period; any Prize Box generated outside this period (or after early closure) will be void.
4.1 Residual pool. Not all prizes in Schedule B are guaranteed to be awarded. Any portion of the Maximum Prize Pool that has not been allocated as prizes by the close of the Promotion is not allocated to any participant and is not otherwise distributed or payable. As this is an instant-prize promotion, there is no draw of any unallocated pool value.
4.2 Cancellation. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation and to any necessary approval or direction of the relevant State or Territory lottery authority.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Who can enter. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older in the Eligible States/Territories specified in Schedule A. Any Prize Boxes generated by ineligible persons will be invalid and will not result in prize eligibility. The Prizecart platform is intended for persons aged 18 and over; the Promoter has elected not to permit entry or winning by persons under 18 (whether or not parental or guardian consent is given).
5.2 Ineligible persons. The following persons are ineligible to enter or claim prizes: employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter or of any Participating Trader (including store owners), and their immediate family members; agents, vendors and professional advisers of the Promoter directly involved in the Promotion; and any person whom the Promoter reasonably determines has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct in relation to the Promotion. "Immediate family member" means a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto partner, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. If an ineligible person purportedly wins a prize, that entry will be disqualified and the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
5.3 South Australia. South Australian residents are not eligible to enter or win in this Promotion at this time. They may browse and shop via the Platform, but any Prize Boxes they generate will not give rise to prize eligibility.
5.4 Australian Capital Territory. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter or win in this Promotion. They may browse and shop via the Platform, but any Prize Boxes they generate will not give rise to prize eligibility.
6. How to Participate and Receive Prize Boxes
6.1 Purchase method. To participate, an eligible entrant must make a qualifying Eligible Purchase of goods or services valued at a minimum of AUD $5 (including GST) in a single transaction from a Participating Trader via the Prizecart platform, and complete any required post-purchase confirmation steps prompted by Prizecart (such as confirming participation via a widget, link, or email confirmation). Gift cards, prepaid vouchers, store credit, cash-equivalent items and non-genuine products are excluded.
6.2 Prize Boxes earned. Prize Boxes are earned based on eligible spend at Participating Traders, at a rate that depends on the store and is clearly displayed in-app before and at the time of purchase: one (1) Prize Box per AUD $5 spent at a Featured store; one (1) Prize Box per AUD $10 spent at a Plus store; and one (1) Prize Box per AUD $30 spent at a Standard store. There is no separate fee to participate.
6.3 Fixed bonus Prize Boxes. Certain Eligible Purchases may qualify for a fixed number of additional bonus Prize Boxes (for example, +2 or +3 bonus Prize Boxes for purchases exceeding a specified spend threshold). Where offered, such bonus Prize Boxes will be clearly disclosed in-app at the time of purchase and will apply automatically. Bonus Prize Boxes are fixed in number and are not multipliers.
6.4 Email engagement (where offered). Certain Participating Traders may offer a limited number of additional Prize Boxes for valid email sign-up and engagement with their promotional email campaigns, up to a maximum total disclosed in-app and no more than five (5) Prize Boxes per Participating Trader. Email-based Prize Boxes are subject to valid email submission and compliance with these Terms. Marketing emails sent by Participating Traders will identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe facility; unsubscribing will not remove Prize Boxes already earned.
6.5 Prize Box allocation and integrity. Prize Boxes are allocated to the participant's Prizecart account and may be opened at any time during the Promotional Period. A Prize Box generates its outcome only at the time the participant opens it; the outcome is not determined, and no prize is awarded, unless and until the participant opens the Prize Box. If the Promotion closes or the Promotional Period ends, any Prize Boxes that remain unopened expire and will not be opened or awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes where the Promotion ends early on exhaustion of the Maximum Prize Pool: once the Maximum Prize Pool is exhausted, any Prize Boxes earned during the Promotional Period expire and no Prize Box (whether opened or unopened) confers any entitlement to a prize. If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, any associated Prize Boxes and provisional prize allocations will be void. The Promoter may require proof of purchase and may disqualify entries obtained through automated, fraudulent or improper means.
6.6 Participation limits. The Promoter may impose reasonable per-person, per-day, per-week, per-transaction or rolling limits to protect fairness and system integrity. Any applicable limits will be disclosed in-app or in these Terms. Each participant is permitted only one (1) Prizecart account.
6.7 No entry fee. There is no charge to participate other than the cost of an Eligible Purchase at its normal retail price. No fee is charged for submitting an entry or registering.
7. Instant Prize Box Mechanics
This Promotion is a game of chance. Each Prize Box generates an instant-prize outcome through the Promoter's RNG, determined independently at the time the Prize Box is opened, and solely by chance.
7.1 Equal chance and concealment. Each Prize Box gives rise to an equal chance of winning a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter's systems are designed and operated so that the prizes, and the numbers, letters or symbols that give rise to a winning chance, cannot be detected by any person before the participant has acquired and opened the relevant Prize Box. The outcome of a Prize Box is not determinable before the Prize Box is processed. Information relating to the RNG and its operation will be made available to the relevant lottery authority on request.
7.2 Allocation methodology. Prizes are allocated through the RNG at the time a Prize Box is opened. The prize allocation methodology is pre-programmed prior to the commencement of the Promotion and will remain materially consistent for its duration. The per-Prize Box chance of winning a prize is fixed by this pre-programmed methodology and does not change with the level of participation. Allocation remains subject at all times to the Maximum Prize Pool of AUD $9,500. Not every Prize Box will result in a prize. Some prize types, including the completion of a Set, are allocated at lower probabilities than others, as indicated in Schedule B.
7.3 Odds. The odds of winning each prize are set out in Schedule B. The per-Prize Box probability of each prize is fixed by the RNG and does not change with the level of participation, until the Maximum Prize Pool is exhausted, after which no further prizes are awarded. The odds are shown per order on the basis of a typical AUD $100 order at a Featured store (about 20 Prize Boxes); a participant's actual number of Prize Boxes depends on how much they spend and the store tier. Winning is a matter of chance: not every Prize Box wins a prize, and no prize is guaranteed to any participant.
7.4 System errors. If a Prize Box outcome is displayed due to a technical malfunction, system error, coding fault, connectivity issue or other error beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may (to the extent permitted by law, acting reasonably, and subject to State or Territory regulation) declare the displayed outcome void and re-run the Prize Box in accordance with the intended system logic. Where it does so, the Promoter will retain records of the malfunction, will act in accordance with any regulatory directions, and will notify the affected participant with reasons. For the avoidance of doubt, a re-run under this clause corrects a system malfunction only and is not a redraw of a validly won prize; instant prizes validly won are dealt with under clauses 10 and 11.
8. Prize Schedule
8.1 Instant cash prizes. The instant cash prizes available in this Promotion, and the odds of winning each, are set out in Schedule B. Cash prizes are paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the Confirmed Winner. Where a cash prize exceeds AUD $1,000, payment will be offered by cheque or by deposit into an Australian ADI account and made as soon as reasonably practicable after the winner is determined.
8.2 Set Collection Prizes. A participant may also win a Set Collection Prize (Platinum AUD $1,000, Gold AUD $500, or Silver AUD $100). Each Set Collection Prize is awarded as a gift card or voucher to the equivalent value, redeemable with a participating brand listed on Prizecart and chosen by the winner. A gift card or voucher is subject to the issuer's standard terms (including any expiry and conditions of use), which will be provided with the prize; the brand whose gift card or voucher is awarded does not sponsor, fund, supply or administer this Promotion and is not responsible for it. If the winner's chosen brand is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter may provide a gift card or voucher of equal or greater value with another participating brand. A Set is built up from Set Pieces allocated through Prize Boxes. Set Pieces are progress markers only: a Set Piece has no standalone cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed separately. A Set Collection Prize is won at the instant a Prize Box allocates the final required Set Piece and so completes the Set — that completing Prize Box is the instant-prize-winning outcome, and each Prize Box carries a fixed chance of completing a Set (see Schedule B). As with every prize in this Promotion, a Set win is provisional when revealed and becomes payable only once the Eligible Transaction(s) underlying the Set are confirmed as legitimate (not cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back) and all Confirmation requirements are met. If any such Eligible Transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back before Confirmation, the affected Set Piece and any provisional Set win will be void. The Promoter does not guarantee that any participant will complete any Set. Set Pieces have no value outside the Promotional Period and expire at the close of the Promotion if not used to complete a Set.
8.3 Total Maximum Prize Pool. The aggregate value of all prizes awarded in this Promotion will not exceed AUD $9,500. Prizes are randomly allocated and are subject to the Maximum Prize Pool. Not all prize types are guaranteed to be awarded. Prize values are inclusive of any applicable GST and are correct as at the date of these Terms.
8.4 Nature of prizes; prohibited goods. Instant cash prizes are paid in cash by electronic funds transfer. Set Collection Prizes are awarded as a gift card or voucher of equivalent value, redeemable with a participating brand listed on Prizecart and chosen by the winner. No prohibited goods or services — including tobacco products, firearms, antique firearms or ammunition, dangerous articles or prohibited weapons, cosmetic surgery or similar procedures, or any goods or services that are unlawful to supply in any Eligible State or Territory — are offered as prizes in, or as an inducement to participate in, this Promotion. Where a Participating Trader sells age-restricted goods, any Prize Box or prize associated with goods that a participant is not lawfully permitted to acquire by reason of their age is void.
9. Winning Notifications & Prize Integrity
9.1 Notification. Each Prize Box shows immediately, on-screen within the participant's Prizecart account, whether it has won a prize. A participant who reveals a winning outcome is a Provisional Winner. The Promoter will notify a Provisional Winner once they become a Confirmed Winner (see clause 10.1). If, within the Confirmation Period, the participant cancels, refunds, reverses or modifies the underlying order so that it is no longer an Eligible Transaction, the win will not be confirmed and the prize is void. It is the participant's responsibility to keep their contact details correct and current.
9.2 Fairness & integrity. The RNG is designed to ensure randomness and fairness in accordance with applicable laws. The Promoter may conduct internal or independent audits of the RNG as required by law or a regulatory authority, and will keep records of prize outcomes.
9.3 Prize substitution. Prizes are awarded as described in these Terms. If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any necessary approval or direction of the relevant State or Territory lottery authority. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
10. Prize Claiming, Delivery & Publication
10.1 Confirmation. A prize outcome displayed via a Prize Box is provisional only. A participant becomes a Confirmed Winner only once: (a) the Eligible Transaction has been verified as not cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back (the refund window is typically 30–90 days, subject to trader-specific guidelines); (b) the Promoter has verified eligibility and completed reasonable identity and fraud checks; and (c) all required documentation has been provided. The Confirmation date is the date on which the prize is deemed to have been awarded for the purposes of delivery obligations.
10.2 Claim requirements. Confirmed Winners must provide any requested information (including proof of identity, age, residency and, where applicable, proof of purchase) within 30 days of being notified that they are (or are eligible to become) a Confirmed Winner, unless a longer period is specified by the Promoter. Winners of prizes valued over $250 may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration. If a winner does not complete all required claim steps within that period, the prize is forfeited and dealt with under clause 11.
10.3 Delivery. The Promoter will arrange delivery of prizes to Confirmed Winners at its expense. Cash prizes are paid by electronic funds transfer to a nominated Australian bank account (subject to clause 8.1 for cash prizes over $1,000); Set Collection Prizes are provided as a gift card or voucher under clause 8.2. Prizes will be paid or made available in all cases within 14 days of Confirmation.
10.4 Publication of winners. In accordance with applicable lottery requirements, the Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode of each winner of a prize valued over $250 on the Prizecart website (prizecart.app) within 30 days of the close of the Promotion, for a period of 28 days. A winner may request that their name and postcode not be published, and the Promoter will abide by that request. Where required by law, winners of prizes over $1,000 may additionally be published in a national newspaper or national online publication within 28 days of Confirmation. By entering, participants consent to such publication if they win (subject to the opt-out above).
11. Unclaimed Prizes
11.1 When a prize is "won". A prize is not "won" unless and until the participant becomes a Confirmed Winner. A provisional allocation that is voided due to cancellation, refund, chargeback, ineligibility, fraud or failure to satisfy verification is not an unclaimed prize, and prizes never triggered by the RNG are not unclaimed prizes.
11.2 Unclaimed prizes. An "unclaimed prize" means a prize that has been won but, after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, is not claimed or able to be fulfilled within the time stipulated by the Promoter. The Promoter deals with an unclaimed prize according to the winner's State or Territory: (a) for a winner resident in New South Wales or Queensland, if the prize is still unclaimed at least three (3) months after the winner was determined, the Promoter will conduct a computerised random redraw to award the prize to another eligible participant resident in that State; and (b) for a winner resident in any other State or Territory, the prize is forfeited, the Promoter may deal with it in an appropriate manner, and no cash or other compensation is provided in lieu. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies only to prizes that have been won; a prize that is not won (not allocated by the RNG) is not an unclaimed prize, and the Promoter is under no obligation to award, redraw or distribute it.
11.3 Records. The Promoter will keep accurate records of the Promotional Period, the distribution of all prizes, and any unclaimed prizes and how they were dealt with, and will retain those records for not less than seven (7) years from the close of the Promotion, available for inspection by the relevant lottery authority.
12. Verification & Disqualification
12.1 Verification. The Promoter may verify the identity, age, residency and eligibility of any participant or winner at any time, including by requiring proof of identity, age, residency, Eligible Purchase, and confirmation that no cancellation, refund, reversal or chargeback has occurred. Requested documents must be provided within 14 days (or such other reasonable period specified by the Promoter).
12.2 Disqualification. The Promoter may disqualify a participant on reasonable grounds if the participant: tampers with the operation of the Promotion or platform; uses automated systems, bots, scripts or fraudulent methods to generate Prize Boxes; provides false, misleading or incomplete information; creates multiple accounts or identities to circumvent participation limits; or engages in conduct that materially undermines the fairness or integrity of the Promotion. Each participant is permitted only one Prizecart account.
12.3 Effect. If a participant is disqualified, provisional prize allocations will be void and any Confirmed prize not yet delivered may be withheld. If a prize has already been delivered to a participant later found ineligible or to have engaged in fraud, the Promoter may require its repayment or return, to the extent permitted by law. The Promoter will exercise its rights under this clause in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and the Participating Traders (and their directors, officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred in connection with this Promotion or any prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law. By entering, you release the Promoter and the Participating Traders from liability arising in connection with this Promotion, but not in respect of any separate purchase contract between you and a Participating Trader, and not any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law. The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions or problems outside its reasonable control, and accepts no responsibility for any tax implications of a prize; winners should seek independent advice.
14. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Promotion and provide prizes, including information provided at entry (such as name, contact details, date of birth and purchase details) and details collected for prize fulfilment. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at https://prizecart.app/privacy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter may share information with third parties to facilitate the Promotion (for example, providing a winner's details to a payment provider) and with State and Territory lottery authorities as required under the relevant lottery legislation. The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information. Entrants may access, update or correct their personal information by contacting privacy@prizecart.app.
15. General
15.1 Intellectual property. All Promotion materials, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. By participating, each winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner's first name, last-name initial and State/Territory for the purpose of announcing results, without further consent or compensation, unless otherwise requested by the winner.
15.2 Publicity. Winners may be asked (but are not obliged) to take part in reasonable promotional activities; participation is voluntary and refusal will not affect the awarding of the prize.
15.3 No third-party endorsement. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any manufacturer of the prizes or any social media platform on which Promotion information may be shared.
15.4 Amendment. The Promoter may amend these Terms to address errors, comply with legal requirements, or ensure fairness, subject to any required regulatory approval (including, in Western Australia, the prior written approval of the Commission). Material amendments will be communicated via the Prizecart website.
15.5 Permits & authorisations. This Promotion is conducted as a permitted/licensed trade promotion lottery in each Eligible State/Territory. New South Wales Trade Promotion Authority No. TP/04786 (which is also recognised by the Northern Territory). No permit is required in Victoria, Queensland or Tasmania; in Western Australia the Terms are lodged with the Commission. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the conditions applying in each relevant jurisdiction.
15.6 Advertising. All advertising of the Promotion will comply with the requirements of each relevant State and Territory. In particular, advertising will identify the Promoter and, where required, the applicable permit or licence number, the licensee's name and address (except for television, radio or cinema advertisements), the duration of the Promotion, the nature and value of the prizes to be won, and how the full Terms may be obtained. Advertising will not be directed at minors, will not imply that the Promotion is a means of improving a person's financial position or relieving financial difficulties, will not exaggerate the prizes or chances of winning, will not present the chances of winning in a manner that cannot be verified, will not imply that skill can influence the outcome, and will not associate the Promotion with excessive alcohol consumption. This Promotion is conducted online and has no on-premise component at any liquor- or gaming-licensed venue, and no Participating Trader offers the Promotion as an inducement to gamble or to consume alcohol.
15.7 Governing law. These Terms and the conduct of the Promotion are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision is invalid in a particular State or Territory, it applies to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
15.8 Acceptance. By participating, you accept these Terms. The Promoter's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the relevant lottery authorities and courts. For assistance, contact support@prizecart.app.
